Gen­er­al Infor­ma­tion

Insigni­um Wealth Man­age­ment AG is an asset man­ag­er autho­rised by the Swiss Finan­cial Mar­ket Super­vi­so­ry Author­i­ty (FIN­MA) — licence num­ber F01288948 — in accor­dance with the Fed­er­al Act on Finan­cial Insti­tu­tions (FINIA). We are also sub­ject to direct super­vi­sion by FIN­MA and Osfin­Con­trol under the Anti-Mon­ey Laun­der­ing Act 1997 (AMLA).

We offer two types of ser­vice man­dates: Dis­cre­tionary Asset Man­age­ment and Advi­so­ry ser­vices (both port­fo­lio-relat­ed and trans­ac­tion­al advice). At account-open­ing stage, we inform every client of the costs asso­ci­at­ed with the ser­vices pro­vid­ed.

By law, Insigni­um Wealth Man­age­ment AG clas­si­fies clients as Pri­vate or Pro­fes­sion­al clients. This clas­si­fi­ca­tion affects the lev­el of investor pro­tec­tion and access to cer­tain finan­cial instru­ments or ser­vices and will be explained in detail to you. You are enti­tled to change your clas­si­fi­ca­tion at any time upon writ­ten request.

Regard­less of clas­si­fi­ca­tion, Insigni­um Wealth Man­age­ment AG is com­mit­ted to ensur­ing the best pos­si­ble out­come for every client in terms of cost, tim­ing, and qual­i­ty.

Suit­abil­i­ty and Appro­pri­ate­ness: When estab­lish­ing your invest­ment risk pro­file, we col­lect all nec­es­sary infor­ma­tion about your knowl­edge, expe­ri­ence, finan­cial sit­u­a­tion, and objec­tives. This allows us to ver­i­fy that our rec­om­men­da­tions are gen­uine­ly suit­able and appro­pri­ate for your indi­vid­ual needs.
